1. Primedia Holdings LLC (Publisher) assumes no responsibility or liability for any advertisement placed within Campus Alive or on campusalive.com. Advertiser agrees to hold Publisher harmless for any claims, third party or otherwise, arising from any advertisement.
2. Publisher will not knowingly accept any advertisement that is defamatory, violates any federal, state or local laws or encourages discrimination against any individual or group on the basis of race, sex, creed, sexual orientation, religion, national origin or disability.
3. Publisher reserves the right to reject or delete any advertisement, free or paid, for any reason, at any time.
4. Publisher reserves the right to change advertising rates, terms or fees, online or in print, at any time and without notice. Advertisers holding contracts will have contract rates honored.
5. Publisher reserves the right to cancel or amend its free classified advertising program at any time and without notice. Current advertisers will be notified prior to any changes in rates or programs.
